Patrushev holds emergency session of NAC, Bortnikov flies to Volgograd
MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - At instructions from President Vladimir Putin Security Council secretary Nikolai Patrushev has held an emergency session of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), Interfax was told at NAC.
NAC head Alexander Bortnikov is currently on his way to Volgograd, Interfax was told.
