KASKELEN, Almaty region. Jan 27 (Interfax) - Rustam Ibragimov, serving a life sentence for killing Kazakh opposition politician Altynbek Sarsenbayev and his two aides, has confirmed in court that the hit was ordered by Rahat Aliyev and Alnur Musayev, not by Erzhan Utembayev.
