Tripartite crisis talks begin in Donetsk
DONETSK. June 23 (Interfax) - Representatives of Ukraine, the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the Russian Federation have begun multilateral talks at the Donetsk regional state administration.
The talks involve Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov, representative for the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) chairman-in-office Heidi Tagliavini, Ukraine's second president Leonid Kuchma, Ukrainian Choice movement leader Viktor Medvedchuk, DPR Prime Minister Oleksandr Borodai, South-East movement leader Oleh Tsaryov and representatives of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic.
