Rada ratifies agreement on work of Malaysian personnel on Boeing crash in Ukraine

KYIV. Aug 12 (Interfax) - Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada has ratified an agreement between Ukraine and Malaysia on sending Malaysian personnel to Ukraine over the Malaysian Airlines MH17 plane crash.

A total of 311 deputies voted for the relevant decision on Tuesday, the Interfax correspondent reported.

The agreement of August 1, 2014 allows Malaysia, which lost in the plane crash 43 citizens, to join the international mission probing the tragedy with representatives of Australia and the Netherlands.

Malaysian personnel sent to Ukraine will include civil police representatives, who will ensure security of the plane crash site.
