Russia must not shield itself from outside world - Putin

YALTA. Aug 14 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that Russia must grow and develop calmly and efficiently, without shielding itself from the outside world and cutting contact with its partners, but it will not tolerate contemptuous behavior from anyone. The president made this statement at a meeting with State Duma faction members in Yalta on Thursday.
