Signing ceasefire agreement between Kyiv authorities, militia is positive - Russian rep to EU Chizhov

MOSCOW. Sept 5 (Interfax) - Moscow considers the signing of a ceasefire agreement between the Kyiv authorities and the militia to be a positive fact, Russia's Permanent Representative to the European Union Vladimir Chizhov said.

"I have not seen the agreement itself for now so it is hard for me to comment but the very fact that it appeared is a positive fact of course," Chizhov told Interfax on the telephone from Brussels.
