Putin casts early vote at Moscow City Duma election due to coming business trip
MOSCOW. Sept 10 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin practiced on Wednesday his right to vote in advance in elections of deputies to the Moscow City Duma at the district election committee of Moscow's Gagarinsky district.
Putin told reporters he used his right "to vote early due to a coming business trip abroad."
"We do not know when we will return from there and I decided to execute this right so that no difficulties occur," Putin said.
