There are no agreements with Kyiv on sending Russian humanitarian aid to eastern Ukraine - Russian Foreign Ministry
MOSCOW. Sept 11 (Interfax) - There are currently no agreements with Kyiv that would allow a Russian humanitarian aid convoy to be sent to south-eastern Ukraine in the next few days, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said.
"There are currently no breakthrough decisions that the convoy will roll in the next few days," Lukashevich told a briefing on Thursday.
