MOSCOW. Nov 11 (Interfax) - The next convoy of trucks carrying Russian humanitarian aid to Ukraine's southeastern regions will depart this month, as soon as all details are agreed, Russia's Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Puchkov has told reporters.
This will happen in November, "as soon as negotiations with the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Ukrainian side are completed," Puchkov said.
