Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Khloponin said that the signed documents in particular stipulated the need for oil companies that working offshore to conduct semi-annual drills over a month's time on the cooperation of the company's own efforts and resources with representatives of the federal authorities.

"Keep them there in good shape, because for understandable reasons there are always expenses, which are also not very pleasant for a part of the companies, especially under market conditions, which are not in the best shape with regard to prices.
