Kyiv refusal to pardon militia leaders attempt to avoid fulfillment of Minsk document - LPR

MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - The administration of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic said the statement made by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin refusing to pardon militia leaders is an attempt at avoid fulfilling the Minsk agreements.

"Kyiv is just trying to avoid the fulfillment of the agreements that have been reached," Vladislav Deinego, LPR representative in the Minsk negotiations, told Interfax on Friday.
