Ukrainian army, militia honoring truce, sporadic shootouts occur - envoy Kelin
MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - The truce in southeastern Ukraine is being honored but sporadic shootouts still occur, Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Andrei Kelin told Interfax.
"Judging by the latest reports of the OSCE monitors, the truce is definitely holding and the number of heavy arms shooting incidents is declining day after day. Yet the sound of mortar and small arms fire is still audible," he said over the phone.
