Ukrainian PM vows to complete budgetary decentralization by end of 2015

KYIV. March 12 (Interfax) - Ukraine's Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that the budgetary decentralization process should be completed before the end of this year.

The first stage of budgetary decentralization has already taken place, he said in a report on the first 100 days of the Ukrainian Cabinet in Kyiv on Thursday.

"We hope that now the constitutional commission will draft a new version of the Constitution that will give more powers and responsibility to the regions," the prime minister said.
