Russia-China national currencies settlements reached 7% in the first two months of 2015- Putin
MOSCOW. May 8 (Interfax) - Mutual settlements in the national currencies of Russia and China reached 7% in the first two months of 2015, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"We intend to strengthen cooperation in the financial sphere, including by broader use of the ruble and the yuan in mutual settlements. The share of national currencies in bilateral contracts exceeded 7% in the first two months of this year alone," Putin said following negotiations with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
