West should convince Tbilisi to sign non-aggression document, hold direct dialogue - Tskhinvali

TSKHINVALI. May 18 (Interfax) - The South Ossetian Foreign Ministry has rejected the Council of Europe (CoE) critique of the treaty between the republic and Russia and urged Western partners of Georgia to promote dialogue between Tbilisi and Tskhinvali.
