Transneft opening order book for 17-bln-ruble BO-04 bonds at 1:00 p.m

MOSCOW. July 10 (Interfax) - Transneft will take orders for its exchange traded bond series BO-04, totaling 17 billion rubles, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Moscow time on Friday, the Russian oil pipeline monopoly said in a statement.

Technical placement of the 10-year obligations is scheduled for July 16.

Sberbank CIB is the placement underwriter.

Transneft currently has three issues of exchange bonds in circulation totaling 59 billion rubles, as well as three classic bond issues totaling 135 billion. In addition, it has registered another four issues of exchange bonds amounting to 68 billion rubles.
