Five Ukrainian military killed in Luhansk region - police
KYIV. July 15 (Interfax) - Five Ukrainian troops were killed when they hit an explosive device in the Luhansk region, the press service for the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's Main Department in the Luhansk region reported on Wednesday.
"Five Ukrainian troops (aged 45, 40, 33, 27, and 23) were killed when they hit an explosive device during a mission near the village of Bolotennoye, Stanitsa Luhanska region on Jul 14. They died at the scene," the report says.
The source also said two Ukrainian troops (aged 54 and 41) were wounded in a mortar attack against the village of Trekhizbenka on July 14.
