KYIV. Sept 2 (Interfax) - A fire broke out in the Bila Dibrova forest of the Darnitsa aesthetic forestry area outside Kyiv, spreading over an area of 15 hectares as of Wednesday evening, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ukrainian State Service of Emergency Situations in Kyiv said.
