Russian Deputy Defense Minister Dmitry Bulgakov appointed head of inter-govt committee to maintain military graves abroad

MOSCOW. Sept 4 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Deputy Defense Minister Dmitry Bulgakov has been appointed chairman of Russian parts of an intergovernmental committee on the implementation of the agreements for the maintenance of military graves abroad.

"Appoint Russian Deputy Defense Minister Dmitry Bulgakov as chairman of Russian parts of combined Russian-Slovakian, Russian-Hungarian, Russian-Czech, Russian-Romanian, Russian-Latvian, Russian-Turkish, Russian-Serbian, Russian-Slovenian intergovernmental committees to ensure the implementation of the said agreements, instructing him to approve the line-up of these Russian parts [of the committees]," the Russian government said in a resolution put on the legal information database.
