Leaders of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia congratulate Putin on his birthday, talk about bilateral relations
MOSCOW. Oct 7 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin is receiving numerous congratulation messages and telegrams from foreign heads of state and prime ministers on the occasion of his birthday, the Kremlin press service said on Wednesday.
"A number of foreign leaders, including President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsian, have congratulated the head of the Russian state by the phone," the press service said.
The national leaders discussed topics of the current international and bilateral agenda during the conversations.
