Transaero cancels 55 flights on October 12
MOSCOW. Oct 11 (Interfax) - Transaero is cancelling 55 flights on October 12, the airline has said in a report.
"Aeroflot Group companies with SU code will be transporting passengers of the cancelled flights," the air carrier said.
The following flights have been cancelled: UN 29,30,41,42 St. Petersburg-Vnukovo and back, UN 31,32 St. Petersburg - Domodedovo and back, UN 102 Norilsk - Vnukovo, and UN 107,108 Vnukovo-Novosibirsk and back.
Flights UN 110 Yekaterinburg-Vnukovo, UN 115 Vnukovo - Irkutsk, UN 125,126 Domodedovo - Omsk and back, UN 127,128 Domodedovo - Novosibirsk and back, UN 157,158 Vnukovo - Krasnoyarsk and back, and UN 169,170 Domodedovo - Mineralnye Vody and back are also listed as cancelled.
Other cancelled flights are UN 171,172 Vnukovo - Novy Urengoi and back, UN 180 Yakutsk - Domodedovo, UN 181,182,191,192 Domodedovo - Rostov-on-Don and back, UN 193 Vnukovo - Blagoveshchensk, UN 207,208 Vnukovo - Odesa and back, UN 229 Vnukovo - Karaganda, and UN 301,302 Vnukovo - Tel Aviv and back.
The air carrier has cancelled flights UN 307,308 Vnukovo - Frankfurt-on-Maine and back, UN 309,310 Vnukovo - Berlin and back, UN 311,312 Vnukovo - Tel-Aviv and back, UN 333,444 Vnukovo - London and back, and UN 359,360 Vnukovo - Prague and back.
It also cancelled October 12 flights UN 397,398 Vnukovo - Milan and back, UN 399,400 Vnukovo - Rome and back, UN 555,556 Vnukovo - Paris and back, UN 802 Istanbul - Vnukovo, UN 2017,2018 Domodedovo - Simferopol and back, UN 2167,2168 Domodedovo - Krasnodar and back, and UN 2273,2274 Domodedovo - Kyiv and back.
Transaero said in its report that the other flights scheduled for October 12 would be performed, according to preliminary information.
The government had decided that Transaero must go bankrupt and the air carrier stopped selling tickets on October 1. Transaero round-trip flights beginning before December 15 and ending after December 15 will be annulled.
