Rosoboronexport sells over $115 bln worth of military products over 15 years - Isaikin

MOSCOW. Oct 27 (Interfax-AVN) - Rosoboronexport sales of Russian military products grew more than four-fold in the period from 2000 till 2015, Rosoboronexport head Anatoly Isaikin said at a press conference on Tuesday.

"Over 15 years we supplied more than $115 billion worth of military products to 116 countries," he said.

Rosoboronexport has a good potential for growth, Isaikin said. "The existent book of orders will be sufficient for the next five to seven years so that Russia ranks the world's second in military export volumes," he said.

Rosoboronexport links the development of military-technological cooperation with foreign states to Sukhoi and Mikoyan fighters, Yakovlev Yak-130 combat trainers, Mil and Kamov helicopters, S-400 and Antey-2500 air defense systems, Buk-M2 and Tor missile systems, T-90SM tanks, BMP-3 infantry combat vehicles and the Iskander missile system, Isaikin said.
