U.S. partially lifts sanctions from some Belarusian enterprises
MINSK. Oct 30 (Interfax) - The U.S. Department of Finance has partially lifted sanctions from nine Belarusian petrochemical enterprises.

According to the decision, the sanctions have been partially lifted from the concern Belneftekhim and its representation, the joint-stock societies Belshina, Grodno Azot, Grodno Khimvolokno, Lakokraska, Naftan, Polotsk-Steklovolokno, and Belarusian Oil Trading House.
The document states that U.S. companies are allowed to conduct transactions with these enterprises. However, if the value of these transactions exceeds $10,000, these deals are to be reported to the U.S. Department of State within 15 days.
At the same time, the property of said companies remains blocked.
