Real size of average pension in September down 4% y-o-y - Rosstat

MOSCOW. Oct 30 (Interfax) - The Average size of an assigned monthly pension in Russia in September 2015 grew in nominal terms 11.1% compared to September 2014 at 12,106 rubles, The Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said on Friday.

In real terms (corrected for inflation and without taking the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol into account), the average size of a pension in September 2015 fell 4.0% year on year.

The average size of pensions in September 2015 amounted to 36.5% of average accrued salary in the country against 34.1% in September 2014.
