Rosnedra only planning to issue shelf licenses to Gazprom, Rosneft

MOSCOW. Nov 16 (Interfax) - Rosnedra is not preparing any proposals on issuing shelf licenses to any companies other than Gazprom and Rosneft , Deputy Natural Resources and Environment Minister Denis Khramov told journalists.

"At this time we are not preparing licenses for anyone except Rosneft and Gazprom," he said.
