Turkish president welcomes G20 leaders' determination to jointly fight terrorism
ANTALYA. Nov 16 (Interfax) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday expressed approval of the united position on counter-terrorism, expressed by the leaders attending the G20 summit in the Turkish city of Anatalya.
"The G20 leaders have reached agreement [on the need] to demonstrate our resolute position on the fight against terrorism," the president said.
Such a position is one of the most important outcomes of the summit, he added.
The G20 leaders earlier issued a statement in which they called the terror attacks in Paris an insult to the entire humankind.
