Bashneft crude output up 12%, refining down 12% in 9M
MOSCOW. Nov 24 (Interfax) - Bashneft increased oil production by 12.1% to 14.674 million tonnes in the first nine months of 2015, but reduced refining by 12.3% to 14.3 million tonnes, the Russian oil company reported.
Average refining depth was 86%.
Production at mature fields grew 3% year-on-year to 12.5 million tonnes, at Burneftegaz fields from 400,000 to 1.2 million tonnes and at the Trebs-Titov fields by 68% to 960,000 tonnes.
Petroleum product exports fell 15.1% year-on-year in the 9M to 6 million tonnes, but exports of petrochemical products grew from 5 million to 205 million tonnes. Diesel fuel exports rose 14% to 4.28 million tonnes but fuel oil exports fell 23% to 1.1 million tonnes. High-octane gasoline exports rose 18% to 330,000 tonnes and naphtha exports rose from 98,000 tonnes to 152,000 tonnes.
Sales to the domestic market fell 9.6% to around 7 million tonnes, with high-octane gasoline up 1.5% to 3.1 million tonnes, diesel down 15.5% to 1.45 million tonnes and fuel oil down 1.4% to 800,000 tonnes.
