Reaction to NATO statement on military response to hybrid attack should come from Russian Defense Ministry - Peskov
MOSCOW. Dec 2 (Interfax) - The Kremlin said the question of a possible reaction from Russia to the NATO statement on a military response to a hybrid attack, hybrid wars should be posed to the Defense Ministry.
"I recommend asking specialists, our Defense Ministry, about that," Russian presidential press officer Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said in Brussels on Tuesday that hybrid threats to NATO may lead to the use of Article 5 of the Washington Treaty.
