Razgulay shareholders virtually replace entire board of directors
MOSCOW. Jan 18 (Interfax) - The shareholders of the Razgulay Group virtually replaced the entire board of directors in voting at an extraordinary meeting on Monday, simultaneously increasing the number of seats on the board to eight from seven, an Interfax correspondent reported from the meeting.
The Rusagro representatives who won seats on the new board are Natalya Bykovskaya, Vladimir Gromov, Olga Kostina and Sergei Trubinsky, who combines duties as general director of Razgulay and head of investment at Rusagro.
The new board also includes Razgulay legal issues director Olga Sidorova, IKO Individualnye Reshenie LLC general director Oleg Rumyantsev, who served as Razgulay deputy director for legal issues until June 2015, and legal issues director for Tavros Management Company LLC Dmitry Chirkin.
The only member of the board to be reelected is AVG Capital Advisory Ltd representative Eldar Nazmutdinov.
