Terrorists benefit from disagreements between countries' special services - Medvedev

MUNICH. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Terrorists have so far been successful in spreading their influence around the world, in particular, because of disagreements between special services of different countries, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said.

"Unfortunately, they've been successful in this so far. Among other things, because we've been unable to put aside our differences and really unite. Even interaction between special services has been phased out. I think, Daesh [the terrorist organization banned in Russia] should be really grateful to my counterparts, the leaders of a number of Western countries, who have phased out such cooperation," Medvedev said at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday.
