Rusagro buying three sugar mills from Razgulay

MOSCOW. March 28 (Interfax) - Rusagro is buying three sugar mills in the Orel and Kursk regions, as well as adjacent lots totaling 86 hectares, the company reported.

Rusagro plans to close the deal after all corporate and legal procedures have been completed.

Rusagro representative Sergei Trubinsky told Interfax that the sugar mills belong to Razgulay Group : Otradainsky, Kshensky and Krivets-Sakhar.

He did not disclose financial details.
