Dorogobuzh may pay 1.3 rubles/share for 2015, register closes June 15

MOSCOW. April 29 (Interfax) - The board of directors of PJSC Dorogobuzh , which belongs to Acron Group, recommended that 1.3 rubles per share be paid for 2015, the company said in a statement.

The register for the receipt of dividends closes on June 15.

For 2014 the company paid 0.32 rubles per share. So, the company's dividends rose four-fold.

The net profit of the company to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) for 2015 amounted to 9.074 billion rubles against 412 million rubles a year earlier.

The charter capital of Dorogobuzh amounts to 218,859,815 rubles, it is divided into 875,439,260 ordinary shares with a par value of 0.25 rubles. Acron holds 94.36% of the Dorogobuzh's shares.
