Truce regime in Syria breached 7 times over past day - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. May 17 (Interfax) - Seven violations of the truce were observed in the Damascus province and Aleppo in Syria over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Monday evening.

"The regime of the cessation of hostilities was complied with in a majority of provinces in the Syrian Arab Republic. Seven violations were observed over the past day (six in the Damascus province and one in Aleppo)," the Russian center for reconciliation of opposing sides in Syria said in its bulletin.
