Schneider Electric in Russia/CIS gets new president
MOSCOW. June 1 (Interfax) - Schneider Electric in Russia/CIS's new president will be Johan Vanderplaetse, former Vice President at the American company Emerson Process, Schneider Electric said in a press release.
The change is connected with the promotion of the division's previous president, Jean-Louis Stasi, who headed Schneider Electric's operations in the region for six years, the press release said. He will now work as Senior Vice President responsible for innovation and new products at Schneider Electric's main headquarters.
Johan Vanderplaetse was responsible for the region of Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS when he worked at Emerson Process.
