Sberbank to hold book building for bonds for 15 bln rubles
MOSCOW. June 15 (Interfax) - Sberbank on June 15 from 11:00 a.m. Moscow time until 12:00 p.m. will collect investors' bids for series BO-42 bonds for 15 billion rubles, the issuer said in a statement.
It is planned to place the three-year bonds on June 20.
The organizer is Sberbank CIB.
The par value of one bond is 1,000 rubles.
In May Sberbank placed five-year Bo-18 series bonds for 10 billion rubles with a coupon yield of 9.9% per annum. The yields of the second to sixth coupons are equal to that of the first coupon. The coupon period is six months. For the bonds a three-year offer was announced.
Currently there also two issues of Sberbank bonds in circulation: classic bonds of the first series for 18.5 billion rubles and five-year Bo-17 series bonds with a two-year offer for 10 billion rubles.
