TBILISI. July 6 (Interfax) - A memorandum on bolstering Georgia's defense capacity will be signed during the one-day visit of U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry to Georgia on Wednesday, Georgian Defense Minister Tinatin Khidasheli told the press.

"This memorandum will be signed two days before the NATO summit in Warsaw. I am not at liberty to speak about this memorandum so far, but a lot of effort has been invested in its preparation and the whole of Georgia will learn about this memorandum soon," the defense minister said.
