Washington supports Georgia's territorial integrity - Kerry
TBILISI. July 6 (Interfax) - United States Secretary of State John Kerry, who is visiting Tbilisi, met with Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze on Wednesday, and reaffirmed Washington's support for Georgia's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
At the meeting, Kerry stressed that the U.S. is still faithful to its position of support for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia, the Georgian Foreign Ministry said.
The state secretary said that the U.S. values Georgia's cooperation with NATO countries and Georgia's contribution in strengthening global security, the ministry spokesperson said.
