Uralkali CEO Osipov returns to UralChem board
MOSCOW. July 12 (Interfax) - Uralkali CEO Dmitry Osipov has joined the UralChem board of directors, UralChem said in materials on its website.
Osipov will take a new seat on the board, which has increased to eight members. The seven incumbents have retained their seats.
Osipov held a seat on the UralChem board from 2007 until 2013. He was also CEO of the company from 2007 until 2010. He left at the end of 2013, when he was appointed CEO of Uralkali after UralChem purchased a 19.99% stake in the potash maker.
At present, the UralChem board includes Osipov, chief beneficiary Dmitry Mazepin, CEO Dmitry Konyaev, UralChem legal director Dmitry Tatyanin, business development director Mikhail Genkin, advisors to the board chairman Yulia Orlovskaya and Yelena Papsheva, and financial director Andrei Pakhomenkov.
UralChem was formed in 2007 from the chemical assets controlled by Dmitry Mazepin. The company includes Azot (Berezniki), Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers (Moscow region), MFP KCCW (Kirov region), and Minudobrenia (Perm). UralChem also has a 19.99% stake in Uralkali and a 9.9% stake in Togliattiazot .
