Bank Saint Petersburg becomes sole owner of Neva Management Co

MOSCOW. Aug 11 (Interfax) - Bank Saint Petersburg has become the owner of 100% of shares in LLC Neva Management Company, the lender said.

Neva Management Company, according to its website, provides a range of asset management services, including mutual funds, personal trust management, wealth management and so on.

This company was previously owned by CJSC Boyarin, which in turn is 80% owned by Andrei Zvontsov and 20% by Yevgeny Vasilyev, the SPARK-Interfax database shows. Neva Management Company has charter capital of 85 million rubles.

Bank Saint Petersburg is named on the company's site as a partner, along with First Specialized Depository.

Bank Saint Petersburg was Russia's 16th largest bank by assets at the end of the first half of 2016, according to the Interfax-100 ranking of the country's lenders. The bank's shares are traded on the Moscow Exchange .
