IDGC of Center doubles IFRS net profit to 2.5 bln rubles in H1, EBITDA rises to 8.6 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax) - IDGC of Center doubled IFRS net profit to 2.5 billion rubles in H1 2016, the company reported.

EBITDA rose 9.4% to 8.6 billion rubles in the six months. Revenue amounted to 41.5 billion rubles, up 6.7%, and operating expenditures rose 5.9% to 37.8 billion rubles.

The company said that the increase in consolidated revenue was due to the increase in revenue for power transmission services after the increase in the tariff for transmission and the increase in provided services (by 1.5% to 27.9 billion kWh).
