Russian consolidated budget deficit is 925 bln rubles in 7M - MinFin
MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax) - The Russian consolidated budget deficit was 925 billion rubles in January-July 2016, according to the Finance Ministry.
Consolidated budget revenue in this period was 14.958 trillion rubles and spending was 15.883 trillion rubles.
The size of the deficit fell in comparison with H1 of this year, when it amounted to 1.061 trillion rubles.
Oil and gas budget revenue in the 7M amounted to 2.554 trillion rubles, non-oil and gas revenue amounted to 12.404 billion rubles. The non-oil and gas deficit amounted to 3.479 trillion rubles.
VAT revenue in the 7M amounted to 2.618 trillion rubles, private income tax - 1.638 trillion rubles, tax on profit - 1.744 trillion rubles and excises - 739 billion rubles. There was slight growth for all these taxes in comparison with 7M 2015.
