Chinese PM to visit Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Sept 5 (Interfax) - Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang will pay a visit to Kazakhstan in the very near future, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said.

"Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang is expected to visit Kazakhstan in the very near future. During negotiations with him, we plan to additionally discuss issues that our countries will have to resolve by working together," Nazarbayev told a briefing following a visit to China on Monday.

The president's words were quoted in a report posted on the presidential website on Monday.

Nazarbayev said the governments of the two countries will need to do relevant work to implement the agreements that have been reached.

A whole host of fruitful bilateral meetings with the heads of other states and delegations, during which substantial exchange of opinions on various issues took place, occurred on the sidelines of the G20 summit in China, he said.
