With 30% of ballots counted, United Russia wins over 52% - CEC

MOSCOW. Sept 19 (Interfax) - With 30% of ballots counted, United Russia is the first in terms of party lists with 52.05%, an Interfax correspondent reported from the Central Elections Commission information center.

The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) is the second with 14.67%. The Communist Party is the third with 14.57%. The fourth is A Just Russia with 6.28%.

No non-parliamentary party has so far managed to master either the 5% threshold that allows them to get to the parliament or the 3% threshold that allows them to get state funding.

The Communist of Russia party has won 2.58%, the Party of Pensioners - 1.8%, the Rodina party - 1.37%, the Yabloko party - 1.45%, the Party of Growth - 1.02%, the Green party - 0.72%, the Patriots of Russia party - 0.66%, the Parnas party - 0.63%, the Civil Platform party - 0.23%, and the Civil Force party - 0.13%.

However, several non-parliamentary parties will be able to get to the State Duma through single-member constituencies. They are the Rodina party, the Civil Platform party, the Party of Growth and the Yabloko party that won one seat each.

United Russia won in the vast majority of single-member constituencies (198). LDPR is expected to get five seats, the Communist Party seven seats and A Just Russia party five seats.
