Document to separate forces in Donbas signed by Ukrainian, Russian representatives, initialed by DPR, LPR representatives
MINSK. Sept 21 (Interfax) - OSCE Special Envoy Martin Sajdik has confirmed that the Contact Group in Minsk has signed the document to separate the forces and means of the parties to the conflict in Donbas.
The negotiators managed to agree upon and sign the framework document to separate the forces and means in Donbas; it was signed by Ukrainian and Russian representatives and initialed by the representatives of some areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions on Wednesday, Sajdik told journalists.
The security subgroup has agreed on three sections to separate the sides, he also said. These are the Luhansk populated area and the populated localities of Petrivske and Zolote.
The text of the document will be published on the website of the country presiding in the OSCE on Wednesday, Sajdik said.
