Uralkali sets coupon yield for $800 mln bonds at 6.1%

MOSCOW. Sept 23 (Interfax) - PJSC Uralkali has set the yield of the first coupon for PBO-01-V and PBO-02-V series bonds in the amount of $400 million each in the amount of 6.1% per annum, the company said in a statement.

The yield of the second to sixth coupons are equal to the six-month floating rate on deposits in U.S. dollars plus 4.85%.

Book building for bonds took place on September 23 from 10:30 a.m. Moscow time until 11:00 a.m. The bonds are being placed as part of a program.

The technical placement of bonds of PBO-01-V series is scheduled for September 27 and PBO-02-V series - September 29.

The organizer is VTB Capital .

The par value of one bond is $1,000. The repayment of bonds of PBO-01-V series is March 21, 2023 and PBO-02-V series - March 23, 2023.
