PhosAgro Eurobonds possible in H2 2017, none planned for Q1

MOSCOW. Nov 17 (Interfax) - PhosAgro will most likely not enter the Eurobond market in the first quarter of 2017, but may consider a placement in the second half of the year, PhosAgro CFO Alexander Sharabaiko said during a conference call with investors.

He said the company will also continue to study other refinancing options for the existing issue of Eurobonds.

"We will look at the market conditions in 2017 and we will choose between different instruments, unsecured credit, PXF or Eurobonds. But most likely we will not do this in the first quarter, and if it ends up being Eurobonds, then most likely we will focus on the second half of next year," Sharabaiko said.
