Moscow expects new Moldovan president's visit after inauguration

MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - Moldovan President-elect Igor Dodon will visit Russia after he is officially sworn into office, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin told reporters on Tuesday.

"We look forward to seeing Mr. Dodon in Moscow. But when it will happen is an issue that is being tackled by diplomats and protocol. It may be the end of the year or it may be the beginning of next year. In any case, [it will happen] after the inauguration," Rogozin said.

Some of the issues concerning Russian-Moldovan cooperation will be put on the agenda of Dodon's visit to Moscow, he said.
