Tatneft interested in providing services in Sudan
MOSCOW. Dec 7 (Interfax) - Russian oil company Tatneft is interested in participating in projects to provide engineering and other services related to exploration and development of oil fields in Sudan, according to the protocol from a meeting of the Russia-Sudan intergovernmental commission.
The company is also considering providing consulting services and technical support for projects to build new turn-key oil refining and petrochemical facilities and modernize existing ones.
Tatneft is also prepared to arrange for supplies of oil industry equipment, chemical agents, tire products, base oils and mineral fertilizer to Sudan.
In order to implement these projects, Tatneft is willing to work with the relevant Sudanese agencies and companies, the protocol states.
