Manturov predicts UralVagonZavod to be transferred to Rostec in H1 2017

MOSCOW. Dec 7 (Interfax) - UralVagonZavod (UVZ) will be transferred to the Rostec state corporation in the first half of 2017, Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov told Interfax on Wednesday.

"Definitely in the course of next year. The implementation dates are the question. As a rule, this takes about half a year. But I reckon that we will carry out all corporate procedures very quickly," Manturov said.

The process requires certain procedures: first a presidential decree is needed, then an instruction from the government and one from state property agency Rosimushchestvo.
