VTB places 77.3% of overnight KS-1-80 series bond issue for 38.6 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Jan 16 (Interfax) - VTB placed overnight exchange-traded KS-1-80 series bonds for 38.643 billion rubles on Monday out of a declared amount of 50 billion rubles, according to materials from the Moscow Exchange where the placement took place.

Therefore, 77.3% of the issue was placed with 67 deals made.

The bonds were placed at a price of 99.9719% of par value, corresponding to yield of 10.26% per annum. Yield per bond totaled 28.1 kopecks.

The discount bonds were placed according to an open subscription as part of an exchange-traded bond program for 5 trillion rubles. The par value of a bond is 1,000 rubles.
